This is China Glaze Beach Cruise-r from the Summer Neons Collection. This is a pretty, bright pinky-purple neon with matching shimmer. Swatches today are two coats of Beach Cruise-r with NYC's In A New York Minute Fast Dry Topcoat. Formula on this was really good; I didn't have any issues.
