This is OPI's On Her Majesty's Secret Service from last fall's Skyfall Collection.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service is a heavy shimmer polish with a greyish-blue jelly base.
Like The World is Not Enough, this polish is crazy-complicated. I see shimmer flecks of lime green, periwinkle, pink, and purple. It is very sparkly and hard to focus on. It's a very beautiful, interesting polish.

Swatches today are a base coat of Seche Clear, three coats of On Her Majesty's Secret Service, and one coat of NYC In a New York Minute. Formula was good, if a bit thin, but no issues here.
